Terms of Service

These terms govern use of nevermisseddfw.com and the services of NeverMissed DFW, a service of De Jones Solutions LLC ("we," "us").

Services. We provide missed-call text-back, automated and human-assisted messaging, appointment scheduling, review requests, and reporting for enrolled businesses. Service plans are billed monthly in advance and may be canceled anytime effective at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once onboarding is complete.

Messaging terms. Text conversations facilitated through our platform are subject to the SMS terms in our Privacy Policy, including STOP/HELP opt-out. Enrolled businesses agree to use messaging only with customers who have initiated contact or otherwise consented, and to comply with applicable law, including the TCPA and CTIA messaging guidelines.

Acceptable use. No unlawful, deceptive, or harassing use of the services. We may suspend service to protect deliverability, comply with carrier requirements, or address abuse.

Estimates & reporting. "Estimated revenue recovered" figures in our reports are good-faith estimates based on your stated average job value and an assumed close rate; they are illustrations, not guarantees of income.

Disclaimers & liability. Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for carrier delays or delivery failures outside our control.

Governing law. Texas law governs these terms; venue is Tarrant County, Texas.
