Privacy Policy

NeverMissed DFW ("we," "us," "our"), a service of De Jones Solutions LLC, provides missed-call recovery, text-message communication, appointment booking, and review-management services to local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect. When you contact us or a business we serve, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your messages. When businesses enroll in our services, we collect business contact details and account information. Our website collects basic analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type).

How we use information. We use information to respond to calls and text messages, schedule appointments, send appointment confirmations and reminders, request customer feedback and reviews on behalf of the businesses we serve, provide monthly reporting to those businesses, improve our services, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

SMS/Text messaging. By providing your phone number to us or to a business we serve — including by calling or texting that business — you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry, such as replies to your questions, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help or contact us at hello@nevermisseddfw.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No third-party marketing use of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messaging service (such as our telecommunications and software platform providers).

Sharing. We share information only with (a) the specific business you contacted, so they can serve you; (b) service providers who operate our platform (telephony, messaging, hosting, analytics) under confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities when required by law.

Data retention & security. We retain conversation records as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect them.

Your choices. Reply STOP to end text messages at any time. To request access to or deletion of your personal information, email hello@nevermisseddfw.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. California and other state residents may have additional rights under applicable law; contact us to exercise them.

Children. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes. We may update this policy; the current version will always be posted at nevermisseddfw.com/privacy.
